Product Reminders at Checkout?

Hi, I would like to know what you folks are using (contribution) to cross-sell products during the checkout process? I would like to have a "Don't Forget to Buy" section or page when the customer is checking out. Just a little reminder about certain product we want to push. It would also be great if I can have admin access to point to which products I would like featured in this checkout section/page.

or go to the contributions section snd search for "cross sell" as there are many contributions.
