rush989 Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 I just launched my site on the weekend and got my very first order today... but I have a problem. I got a notification of paypal funds received but for some reason there is no record of the order when I log into the admin. I have done testing and verified that the order system does indeed work. But for some reason this one guy's order is nowhere to be found. There are no records in the database for the order, but I think I know the product he ordered because it was the last thing that was in his cart in the database. My hosting company, DreamHost, had a few major issues with their servers this past weekend. Is there a possibility of some lingering problems causing MySQL to crap out the instant the guy hit the confirm button? Do I need to take my site down and dissect it or is this just a fluke?
