Cart loads blank page

I'm a toddler when it comes to hosting/programing. I have had at least one person successfully review a product. However, I and others now will click 'Write a review on this product' and a blank page will display. Anyone have any ideas, I've had great luck in the past, there are some incredibly smart and helpful people in this community.

The more I am looking at it, I think it could be related to the fact I just went from a shared IP address to a dedicated IP, and enabled SSL. Perhaps that will help key in on what I need to do.

 

The 'login' and 'create an account' links appear disabled as well as the checkout...
