upanddownfrown Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Hello all, I have been working on my new site for the last 9 hours. Everything was good in the first two hours. After adding items to my store i begin having big issues. I add items and then when i go to my store to click on them i get the message "Product not found!" I tried everything i can think of and i searched through the archives. Can anyone please provide me with any info as to why this is happening. I made sure all file names had underscores. I resaved the images from jpg t gif format. ....I'm using a mac computer, could this be the problem? thank you everyone.
usernamenone Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 So, could you give a better discription of your situation? You added some products to your catalog, right? You then type in your url in the browser and you click on your categories link and there are no products listed within that categorie, right? Or your products are where for you to click on them..................... I know it isn't easy in the beginning. A great discription will get great answers. If your situation is as explained above you must first start a New Categorie and then within that categorie you then add your new product. You can not just start a new product and have it listed in your catalog. If that is what you have done you will need to move your product into a categorie.........
