Not loged out? Still knows who I am?

I am using osc 2.2 from 2002/08/06

 

When I log out from my account I get the Welcome back instead of Welcome Guest..

 

Any one know how to go about fixing this little bug?

Delete the cookie that it uses. Basically, it remembers who was logged in last, and welcomes that person back. Then it says "If you aren't who I think you are, please log in with the new name". And, it will ask for a confirmation if they place an order.
