Payment Module/Shipping/Google Checkout

Hello,

 

I'm having troubles with the payment and shipping modules of my pre-launched store. I'm using the lastest version of oscommerce. So far, in test mode if an item is purchased, everything is calculated except the shipping. I tried setting the shipping values through the admin/payment modules/googlecheckout check out section but the changes are not taking. The admin/shipping section isn't responding either.

 

I need someone to work with me to identify the exact problem first so I can take the next step on fixing the problem.

I would not be surprised to see a lot of errors in this software. I just usef the internal instant download option, some

of this stuff in Oscommerce does not work period and is total crap. my customer had all types of problems with paying,

slow, froze, and when he finally did pay, what do you guess, no instant download, and yes, I did set it up in the options,

he did get an array of junk email from the system....I guess I will have to do what everyone does, and hire a pro

to code a good instant download mod. I have already asked this question, and there are always dozens

of people online with no answers, funny that no one knows absoletely anything around here.

 

I am looking for a good ecommerce software that is fully supported and updated on a regular basis...this could be

great software if it was updated on a normal basis, but it is not, its damaged goods, its out of date, people

just have not realized it yet, you get what you pay for, nothing.

few reasons only can be:

- incorrectly setup the API callback URL (should be proper https URL)

- bug in shipping module

- forgot to enable in google checkout contribution (you need to add 10-15 line of code, which generated by shipping tools)
