Guest Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 can someone help me to fix this strange problem. after i register and login on my oscommerse script i can browse some products and even add them to shoppingchart. but sometimes it automaticly logges out. its hard to even bay 3 products and get to the payment module. i have to login over and over again. until i get to the payment. i can do this but my customers dont understand this problem.

Session Directory /customers/parabolutstyr.no/parabolutstyr.no/httpd.www/shop/tmp/ Force Cookie Use False Info Check SSL Session ID False Info Check User Agent True Info Check IP Address True Info Prevent Spider Sessions True Info Recreate Session True i have tryed different settings but its the same problem and force cokies give me the cookie warning even if my browser have alow cookies on
Guest Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 i have moved the tmp folder to catalog folder.. my host needed that. i was not able to write to the /tmp but i cant see that it writes sessions in this folder. i have chmod 777 on the tmp folder anyone know where to find some fix for this.. or any idea on how to do anything about this problem. is it my webhost that has strange settings? i have the same files running on my own server. but there it dont write sessions at all. but i dont have any problems there.

I am having the same problem. When the script writes scession files sould you be able to see them with FTP? if so its not writing them.
