coupons and live help... anyone got one that works?

hi guys i got a lil problem... my violusion live help crashed... anyone reccomend a live help/customer support contribution or even a tip for a remote add on??

 

also the coupons contributions are all over the place i am soo confused which part to download or which one to use..(i started downloading from the top and i keep getting little files... and if you read down to the last full versions their are a big chunk of fixes etc but no full packages after that??... do i download the last full version and add all the bug fixes/errors etc?) Any recommendations which one to use?? i want to be able to give customers a coupon code and they add it on their checkout.

It would help if you told us what version of oscommerce you are using.

Is it; ms2, ms2060817, rc1, rc2, rc2a ? Have a look for "version" in includes/application_top.php

MS2, I believe you can use CCGV. I have a cleanly coded Gift Voucher system for RC1 and RC2 which I wrote about on my blog - but as you ain't using them, well, ain't much use to you. I think I have a MS2 version somewhere, but I'd need to take time out to find it.

been trying to install vigers contribution for days keep getting 2 errors and no replies in the forum on a possible fix..... :'( (installed it a total of 4 times from freash, including taking all my store down, drop mysqls and restart nothings working... so i dont know maybe a conflict with my template but i cant find the fix for the life of me... so kinda giving up on that one atm) :unsure:

 

so i was hoping that someone had luck with another one... :blush: but thanks for the suggestions :)
