My first couple of orders showed up but now the next and now any new ones aren't showing. Any suggestions on fixing this.

How are these orders getting processed? That is to say what are your order processers?

Paypal. I had one customer use money order/check and then after that I started getting the problem.

Some buyers need a nudge to return to your site in order to finish the payment process when using paypal.

Just had another order through paypal but didn't show up and got another M/O which showed up again.

 

And I did the contribute. This is fustrating.

OK then do a walk through and place items in your shopping cart and check out, choose check-money order as you payment and see what happens........... Then do the same for PayPal and see what happens. You can log into your paypal account and reverse charge to order.

 

The contribution will have no impact on check-money order sales

well Paypal IPN is recommended.

 

As ther is a logical flaw with the original paypal module.If customer does not return back after paying at paypal orders will not get populated.

Since there is check-money order and PayPal issues at check out I would doubt the problem is PayPal issued.
