osCommerce with affiliates, multiple gateways, and scripting

Hello,

 

I am about to redo the website of one of my businesses for my high school graduation project. I need the new site to support cookie based affiliate links and tracking, discount codes, only paypal payments for subscriptions and google checkout, paypal, and e-gold for regular non-recurring purchases. I need to track affiliate sales no matter who processes them (paypal, google checkout, or e-gold). Upon a successful payment a buyer should see a confirmation page and all of the payment details and affiliate tracking info should be passed to a server side script that will automatically process the order, email the product to the buyer, and record all the relevant data in a data base.

Can osCommerce do these things?
