Problem with EasyPopulate v2.78

I cannot import a file to the database. Searching the various forums I cannot find many others with this problem and the one or two I have found are not getting any assistance. I am thinking that not being able to import files is extremely rare....is this true?

Anyway, here is my problem, any helpful replies will be very much appreciated.

I have configured 2 databases to switch between to test easypopulate. I am using the data included with the oscommerce install. What I did was to delete the data from one database and am using the default data from the other one exporting it to my local machine using easypopulate. I then switch databases by editing the configure.php and try to import this downloaded file to the empty database.

I get the following message but nothing is imported.

File uploaded.

Temporary filename: /tmp/phpHs8yac

User filename: readingtutor_tab.txt

SIZE_EP10896

-----------------------------------------------

I also tried to use only one database. Having exported the file I then delete 2 products from the data using the oscommerce admin tool and then try to import the data back into the database thinking this would restore the 2 products that I deleted.....this doesn't work either. I get the same message as above but no data is imported.

Thanks for taking time to help me out.
