SQL Template? Please help

Hi guys im new on here.

 

I've just decided to try and use oscom for my new venture (saves me purchasing a cart at this stage :-)) however i have about 4,000 items to upload.

 

Is there an sql 'temlpate' or something that i could use? That way i could install my store nd then populate th sql database with all my products that have been put into the correct format.

 

I have attributes such as size, colour, gift wrap and gift message.

 

I'm just hoping someone can help as i've never used an oscom store before but have heard how good they are.
