daller Posted February 8, 2008 Posted February 8, 2008 Hi there, If I create a product with Product Model: "N-CABLE-550/1.5" - and check the product afterwards, the Product Model is only: "N-CABLE-550/" How do I fix this? - Thanks! UPDATE: I found out that the problem is not the slashes, but a limit of 12 characters, apparently... How do I fix THAT?
Mav666 Posted February 8, 2008 Posted February 8, 2008 Probably because the model field only allows for 12 characters - just happens to be the slash right there. Change to bigger size in phpadmin and it should work. Even at a Mensa convention someone is the dumbest person in the room.
