Internal server error ? - Everything was fine before ?!

Hi

I've been running an oscommerce 'shop' free of charge for an animal sanctuary for a year or two now. Everything has worked fine, thanks to people here who told me how to do it, the site is basically a 'shop' but without prices. So people can browse for any dogs at the sanctuary, see a photo, get a description and then they can come up to hopefully book the dog and adopt it.

Everything has been working fine for ages, suddenly logged on today to try and add some more animals to the site...

I'm getting...

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.2.6 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.6 OpenSSL/0.9.7a mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 mod_jk/1.2.25 PHP/4.4.7 PHP/5.2.5 Server at www.bleakholtanimals.org Port 80"

I've emailed my hosting company but have heard nothing back yet. I'm unsure whether this is something i've done (i havent made any changes recently which would mess things up) or if its indeed a hosting error on their part and something theyve changed.

Frustrating as i need the site back up as a lot of people look at it to find a dog to adopt.

Many thanks

Yes sorry for the panic post. My hosting company emailed me later to say there were problems but everything was running fine now.

I thought it might have been an osCommerce error or something but must have been a host one. Always happens when you dont want it to !

Cheers
