Problem after the upgrade

I'm having this strange problem with my OsCommerce solution..

 

Yesterday I updated whole script because I want to include some moduls in the future.. Everything went fine except this one, not so little error..

 

When I'm checking out the script can't find checkout_payment.php. Browser gives me 404 - File not found

 

And I have doublechecked that the file is there.. I made the backup before upgrading but because it seems to be only this one file i wouldn't want to downgrade everything again..
