magneteye Posted December 11, 2002 Share Posted December 11, 2002 I just installed for the first time and get this error: Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Access denied for user: 'cloud9_magneteye@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /home/cloud9/public_html/store/catalog/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server! the db is fine, i set it up in Cpanel, along with the proper username and password. rascal2trust Posted December 11, 2002 Share Posted December 11, 2002 The error looks to be an improper username or password, names are case sensitive for password, check all of this again and make sure you input it correctly.Also check the database name again.
