Banner Manager: What the heck is it?

Thanks for looking at my post. I'm looking to do a sort of banner exchange page where I list my banner code, and people can take that code and put the banner on their site. Is this what the banner manager does? Or do I need to create a new page and put the banner info there? One question, if this is true, how do you create that little box where you can put the code into?

You could make it work that way, but its not a good solution. You could just create a new page and placeall your HTML in it, or, install the links manager2 as found here:

You do have the option to show images or not with it. Theres a ton of ways to customize what you want.
