creating a header with rollover buttons

as you can guess from the title i was wanting to make a header with rollover buttons.

 

i was wondering what programs to use and how to upload the image so it works. (i have dreamweaver & photoshop)

 

if i did the image rollovers in dreamweaver do i just upload the sliced rollover images into the same image folder as the main header image.

 

Also, does any1 know the width of the standard oscommerce layout so i can get the header at the top the same width.
