Order process notification

Hi, everybody! Thanks for all your help over the last few months. I got everything working correctly, and has been for weeks. Then lately, Order Process notifications stopped coming to me. Then they did, then they didn't. Now they don't even come to my boss. This is all very recent. Nothing was changes in OSCommerce. I checked again and everything is as it is supposed to be.

 

I called our mail server to make sure they weren't being filtered as spam. They said they don't even get those, they come directly from netfirms.com, who hosts are site. I called them and they didn't know what was causing the problem.

 

I have looed through the forums (searched under Oreder Process), but did not see anything that applies. Fake orders generate customer notifications, but not the ones with the info we need. The orders appear on admin. I just changed cc to stop splitting until we can get this fixed, and still send out orders.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Same here! The client receives the order process email but the store doesn't. I am wondering about contributions I am using Order Editor 3.0.1 I'll upgrade to check results
