error code help

I thought I installed everything right....

 

Warning: constant() [function.constant]: Couldn't find constant UPSXML_Array in /home/livnlite/public_html/includes/modules/shipping/upsxml.php on line 1011

 

i get that error code in the admin section and my shopping cart shows errors in database.php line 99?

 

any clues or help...

 

I am using the latest version of the UPS shipping module add on
