I need help finding credit card information from the offline credit card module.

Hello I am in desperate need of some help...

 

A customer placed an order on my oscommerce website and it showed up on my order page but for some reason the website never generated an email when it almost always has in the past. The payment method that was used was the offline credit card module that splits the information and usually I get an email with the middle digits of the card but that was never generated either. Therefore, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if oscommerce saves a record of the customers' middle credit card numbers somewhere in the pHp admin and if it does how do I retrieve them. This as only happened once before and I was able to contact the customer for the numbers but I am hoping to avoid this rather embarrassing situation in the future.

Check to see if the email is somehow getting sent to a spam box, it's been known to happen.
