Locked out of Admin area HELP!

Went to do some updates to the store and suddenly cannot login. User name and password are being entered correctly.

I get the following message:

Error: Invalid administrator login attempt.

Have I been hacked and how do I get back in?

Thanks

What updates did you do?

Did they modify the sessions in any way?

WHY CAN'T I LOG INTO ADMIN and WHY CAN'T MY CUSTOMERS LOG IN OR CREATE ACCOUNTS???

this is serious

That is not a problem from osCommerce. That is a .dll file that communicates between PHP and mySql. You need to jump your host ass about that.

Grrrrrr Dreamhost is silent lately - they usually respond within minutes. It's been over 12 hours now and nothing.

Is this anything I can fix myself?

No. Its a file that needs to go in the php folder on the server. Do they have a customer service number?
