One customer only product

What I want is this:

 

A customer wants me to design a webpage for him/her. The webpage is finished, and I want him to pay and download the webpage. Case closed.

 

But I don't want anyone else to see the webpage. Just that customer. And I want him to see the webpage when he logs in.

 

Is there a way to do this?
