I couldn't see a way how to do this, but how do I set the quantity individually for product attributes?

 

i.e. I have Camelabk Bottles in stock in three different colours.

 

I can see how I set camelbak bottles to be say 15 in stock, but how do I set it so I have say 3 pink, 7 foliage and 5 Coyote colour in stock, so that when I run out of a certain colour it stops people from purchasing it?

I think you should take a look at Quantity Pro [QTpro] contribution... that should do
