I accidentally erased an order from my website tonight and need to recover it. I know there is a way to do this, BUT have NO clue where to begin. Any advice would be much appreciated!! Thank you.... Jack_mcs Posted February 6, 2008 Posted February 6, 2008 If you deleted it in admin, it's gone and cannot be restored. The only way would be if you have a database backup with the order in it. Guest Posted February 6, 2008 Posted February 6, 2008 Depending on how it was paid for i.e Paypal then you could eather work outwhat it was and or at lest have a point of contact perhaps look at teh site history to see what was sold in the last 24hr i dont know if thatwould have been wiped as well and a realy long shgot is see if your hosting provider has a back up of your site that woul dcover the time frame when the order was on your site
