One customer always gets cookie usage page yet IE security set to Medium

Hi,

 

A client of mine who has used osCommerce for years has one customer having a problem with cookies. They wrote this:

Have tried to order on line several times but to no avail...we keep getting bounced back to the "cookie' window. Our security is on medium so I don't know what the problem is.

What would be the reason why osCommerce would send them to the cookie usage page if their security level is medium. Doesn't that level accept cookies? If it were me, I'd tell them to use Firefox and avoid IE, but I digress...

 

Any ideas would be appreciated.
