Help.. I've lost my new customer login

I have added a few contribs to my store in I guess in doing so I've lost the new customer login. When I try doing a test buy with a new customer I only get an error "Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password."

What code to I need to add back in??? I've got backups so it's more a matter of which code to add.
