change country order select

Hi,

 

I was wondering if there is a simple way of changing order of countries the country select

<select></select>

 

right now the countries are in alphabetical order

afghanistan

albania

algeria

etc...

 

 

i was hoping for a simple solution to place "The Netherlands" and "Belgium" on top of the pull down
