Nested Categories (> 2 Deep)

This has been puzzling me for a while...

 

I have a customer who is using oSC and has now created a category structure that goes to 3 and 4 levels. However, when the category is displayed on the site the category below level 2 is simply listed along with the other level 2 headings.

 

e.g.

 

- Level1
 - Level2
 - Level3 ---> No Indent/Expand Option
 - Level3 ---> No Indent/Expand Option
 - Level2
- Level1

 

Would really like:

 

- Level1
 - Level2
 - Level2
- Level1

 

Then

- Level1
 - Level2
    - Level3 ---> No Indent/Expand Option
 - Level2
- Level1

 

There is no option to expand the lower levels, they just open...

 

How can I change the boxes/categories.php file to allow deeper menu category structured to be catered for.

 

I've tried looking in admin, but there is nothing there either...
