Godaddy or namecheap are both good choices.

In my opinion, i'll say GoDaddy, why?, the commercials on the super bowl. Let's face it, SSL's are SSL's, no one is better than the other, and based on this, all you care is that the 'safe logo' that you display makes the customer feel safe. Not everyone knows what is Comodo, or what is Geotrust or even Verisign, but they will remember those big chested woman wearing the GoDaddy logo during the super bowl, and whit a little association, you got it.

 

Off course, the choice is yours, but whatever it will be, just try to get the 256 bits certificate, no less.

I just noticed that Namecheap have a special offer on SSL certificates. I think it was only $15 for a full year.

I doubt the added cost is worth it. If anyone is actaully able to crack a 128 bit code, it is very unlikely they would use it to get the data from most oscommerce shops. This is just my opinion,of course.
