glamourfish Posted February 4, 2008 Posted February 4, 2008 Does anybody know how to add product attributes such as size/colour etc, using Easy populate? I have about 1000 products & a list of sizes for each item...this could take me a year to do. If anybody else has any suggestion, I am all eyes & ears!!! if at first you do succeed...try not to look surprised!
Jack_mcs Posted February 4, 2008 Posted February 4, 2008 Add an attribute to your site, if you don't have any already, and then use the download option in Easy Populate. The file it creates will have the necessary attribute columns so you can then copy/paste those to your actual file. I'm stripping things down to see if I can make heads or tails of it :) At least I know I am more or less onthe right track. if at first you do succeed...try not to look surprised!

All you need to do is put add the amount/price increase or decrease for the additional size, eg: v_attribute_values_price_1_32 column Still a mission, but hopefully I can get it done. If anybody knows a better method please let me know. if at first you do succeed...try not to look surprised!
