Strange URL in Who's Online Last URL

Strange things have been showing up in my Who's Online data. I will see a IP number duplicated multiple times and the Last URL shown for these are weird things like:

 

/index.php?manufacturers_id=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.soeasywebsite.com%2Fsoeasycasino%2Fixu%2Fxotem%2F

/index.php?manufacturers_id=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.heaven-house.kz%2Ftemplates_c%2Fsexes%2Fafacub%2F

/index.php?manufacturers_id=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.spoddyland.co.uk%2Fscans%2Fyouneedtoselectaplanettoclaimbeforegettinginhere%2Fscanlogs%2Fiwazex%2Fatepec%2F

 

Has anyone else ever seen this? Is someone using my site to do some kind of spamming?
