Warning: Cannot modify header information

I bumped into this error when i click on the link to "account.php". The rest of the site seemed to be working fine.

 

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/relia/public_html/shop/includes/application_top.php:1073) in /home/relia/public_html/shop/includes/functions/general.php on line 33

 

After i edited my application_top.php, which i only added in this 1 line of code

define('BOX_WIDTH2', 25);

 

What is causing this error?? Does anyone encounter the same problem?
