Customer Detail Problem

DOn't understand why my stores customer details page only has Gender, DOB, Company, Suburb, and state when the Oscommerce customer detail page has;

Gender, First Name, Last Name, Date Of Birth, E-Mail Address, Password, Newsletter, Company Name, Street Address, Suburb, Post Code, City, State, Country, Telephone Number, Fax Number

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET THE SAME DETAIL PAGE?

The Customer Details only contains references to those customer details which you can turn on/off from within the osCommerce admin panel.

OK where in the admin panel do I turn these items on at - the only avail (listed in the panel) items in my adimin panel is Gender, DOB, Company, Suburb, and state. None of the other items are there, where do I go to turn these others on 2.2MS2
