Arbitrary Delivery Address

I've had a look through the various add-on modules and searched the forums, but can't find anything to answer this one:

 

How can I use an arbitrary delivery address for each order? What I mean is that the store in question is a Florists and therefore the majority of customers will be sending to a different delivery address with every order. So, rather than use the "Address Book" I need to have the order process prompt for a new address for each order.

 

If anyone can point me towards a suitable add-on or where to start looking when it comes to making the changes myself (Hell, if I have to re-write half the store and database to make it work then I guess that's what I'll have to do).
