Downloaded File Reports

Hi

 

I have a working shop at www.wendyschild.com/catalog which is selling both downloads and physical items. I have search the forums and cannot find an answer to an irritating question I have.

 

Is there anyway that when a customer purchases a downloadable file I can recieve an email to say that have 'downloaded it'? I have tried Download Controller but I just got a blank screen at checkout.

 

Any suggestions would be helpful!
