Guest Posted December 10, 2002 Share Posted December 10, 2002 Additional shipping zones disappear! Help! I've just modified the zones.php setting for 6 instead of 1 zone and uploaded the new file. When I call this module in the administrators menue there are now 10 new fields below the 'Zone 1 Shipping Table' field. These new fields have no text comment/description. I took the 1st of them for the list of 'Zone 2' countries (e.g. DE,AT,IT ... - since I live in Switzerland). Zone 1 countries are CH and LI. In the 2nd field I filled in the shipping cost for these countries. The 3rd field was used for 'Zone 3' countries, field no. 4 for the cost etc. Then I saved these settings - and - :twisted: - all the entries except Zone 1 had gone ...! What's wrong there? Guest Posted December 10, 2002 Share Posted December 10, 2002 Thanks to the German support forum we have found the reason: To activate the new settings, I had to disable the module and then reactivate it (red button, then green button).
