RoseyBear Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 Does anyone know of a way to have more than just 2 statuses for a given product? We have about 4 different scenarios (so far) where we need the product to remain in the catalog, but don't want to display it for some period of time. For example, seasonal items, some backorders, new products not ready for display, obsolete products needed for historical reasons, etc. Ideally, we'd like to add new statuses as needed. Has anyone out there tackled this before? Another solution may be to have hidden categories that won't ever show up on the website. We could move these "special case" products to those hidden categories until their status changes. Any thoughts would be appreciated! Quote
