ISAPI Rewrite that works with ultimate URLs

Does anyone have an ISAPI rewrite that I can use in conjuction with Ultimate SEO URLs?

Thank you for your email. As mentioned in my previous email, Apache is a web server usually used on Linux or Unix, we use Microsoft IIS instead as we are a Windows host who offers ASP.Net etc. It is not possible to use two web servers on a site.

 

.htaccess files will not work on Microsoft IIS, they are configuration files that are specifically for other web servers. ISAPI Rewrite would allow the rewrite rules to work, however it may require some small modification to the configuration file to do so.

 

Microsoft IIS does not work with .htaccess files at all.

 

My suggestion would be to ask on the forums that you visit whether anyone has previously made a configuration file for ISAPI Rewrite for the script that you wish to use, that would work. If they have, and they can give it to you, you can use this in conjuction with ISAPI Rewrite to get it working."
