Need help identifying a contribution

Hi all Its been a long time and im contemplating a new site.

Im just wondering if there is a contribution available in oscommerce for a customer to access a link or page after registering and paying a nominated fee where they could personaly edit a live page on the site, eather through a password or a members area which I want to intergrate in to a new site.
