Total Newb here trying to set up download site for my band

Hi guys, Hey Im a total newbie here with the E-Commerce stuff. My band would like to put up a page on our site so that if anyone would want to download songs from our demo CD they can do so for $0.99 per download. I have been trying all night to get the files sent up using the filemanager and no matter how I try they never appear. HELP!!! :blink:

Also I can not figure out how to make them downloadable at the point of check-out.
