horsewhip Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 I am looking for a way for the advanced search to search my categories based on NOTHING entered into the search box...As per norm, when nothing is entered into the search box, it returns the error that you require at least one field in the search form. I want it so they can just choose a category, enter nothing into the search bar, and voila, it will return ALL the products for the category chosen. (My client didnt want the left column, so lost the ability to visually search via normal means) It works if i add a space manually to the box and click search, however i am unsure where to try and implement that in the code...i have tried to mod it in the advanced_search.php and html_output.php, but to no avail, any help would be greatly appreciated.
