Can anyone specify what is needed to install oscommerce 2.2?

What is best compatible with different operativsystems....

This information should be at oscommerce website under download so it is possible to get the right tools needed.

For Example I use:

Have anyone written a how to do regarding install of oscommerce 2.2 for MS Windows 2000 professional users?
