database not minusing product and emailing

Hi guys i woke up today to find 2 orders even those site says not LIVE Yet but stock is coming next week and i emailed

the customer if he wants to wait or get refund.


any ways he placed 2 orders via paypal credit/debit card. for 1st order i didnt get any emails but for 2nd one i did both where in my admin section and paypal payment email.

I also think the 1st order did not minus stock quantity 2nd one did. Now is this because the customer didnt click "return to merchant"?


I'v tested the database before and it usually works fine but then i normally click return and see order success page.


any ideas on this?
