I just used the OScommerce interface, and deleted the folders they were in e.g the DVD folder

seems like you have turned on SEO safe URLs.. Please turn it off and I suppose everything will be alright.

Cheers

Dear Hari,

I install using the default options and have the same problem, so do you mind to give a hint ?

I did not exclude products, i just include a new and the problem show up.

Where I turn off the SEO safe URLs ?

Alfonso

Where I turn off the SEO safe URLs ?

Login to your Admin.

Click on Configuration

On that page, set "Use Search-Engine Safe URLs (still in development)" to false (if it isn't that way already)

Save it.

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

Jim,

Sorry, I forgot to inform that I´m using the version 3.0a4; in that version I didn´t find this option neither how to turn-off.

I think the problem is related to this too; any idea ?

Best regards,

Alfonso

Have you tried EXACTLY what I posted?

This has nothing to do with versions of anything...

Germ,

Thanks for your orientation, but what I am tryng to say that this problem just happen in version 3.04a (BETA); I have been testing version 2.2rc2a with this feature off and is perfect !

In version 3.04a, I didn´t find this option in Administration(Configuration) menu, maybe it exists hidden in some file.

If you would some details I can send screenshot to your email.

Regards,

Alfonso
