Bad message display

Recommended Posts

Dear all,

I'm a new user and I've experienced a strange behaviour when string is displayed.

Actually I'm using IIS + MySQL + Dramweaver MX to test all locally.

The trouble is about this message:

MODULE: languages/italiano.php

define('TEXT_CCVAL_ERROR_UNKNOWN_CARD', 'I primi quattro numeri digitati sono: %s<br>Se questi numeri sono corretti, noi accettiamo la carta di credito.<br>Se non sono giusti, riprova.');

This string should be formatted into the error variable into the cc.php module:

MODULE: payment/cc.php

$error = sprintf(TEXT_CCVAL_ERROR_UNKNOWN_CARD, substr($cc_validation->cc_number, 0, 4));

When we try to execute the payment with a bad credit card number the returned

message isn't correctly formatted (I can see <br> instead the newline), see the attached image for better understand the trouble.

Anyone have some idea how to solve it?

Thanks in advance
