When I log into the admin page to use the file manager, all I can access are the files under the Admin folder. I think I have a problem in my admin/includes/configure.php Can anyone help me?

....

Most probably the permissions are not set right for the catalog folder.. you might have set the permission to read and execute only in most cases.. hence if you try to write in your directory.. it creates an issues ( if you try to upload, it does not overrwrite.. ).. check the persmission once.. it is better the permission are set to read and execute only after you upload or do any changes to the files..

Hope that helped.

Cheers
