Add html into Conditions of Use

Recommended Posts

I have done up the html code using PageBreeze page editor. The document I have made contains a table, so therefore I can't just type in my content.

Can anyone help me get my html code into Conditions of Use?

I am a newbie at all this (which probably shines through very obviously), and this is really bothering me. I was previously given an extra-page contribution...but that doesn't solve my problem of getting html text into Conditions of Use.

It goes in your /catalog/includes/languages/english/conditions.php file.

The "standard" one is:

<?php
/*
 $Id: conditions.php,v 1.4 2002/11/19 01:48:08 dgw_ Exp $

 osCommerce, Open Source E-Commerce Solutions

*/

define('NAVBAR_TITLE', 'Conditions of Use');
define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Conditions of Use');

define('TEXT_INFORMATION', 'Put here your Conditions of Use information.');
?>

You just put your HTML in place of the verbiage:

Put here your Conditions of Use information.

The main proviso is if you have any ' (single tick marks) in your HTML, you'll need to change them to \'

As always, it's a good idea to backup the file before making any edits.

If you want some help, post your HTML (between CODE tags).

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

Thanks.

I have got all of the text before it and it was all working fine. But when I add this table below, I have problems. It is probably something that will jump out and grab you, but I am blind to it. LOL

<p>

<table border="0" cellspacing="3" cellpadding="3" align="left" border="1">

If you're not getting an "error", you'll have to post (or PM me) the link to your page so I can see the "problems".

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
