ii) Secondly, i used to have tht administration panel in my last version where i could see the status of orders (pending, processing etc) and links of all features of the admin panel....But in this current version, when i click the Administration icon i dont get anything!...Heres a snap shot of my current state of administration panel

iii) If i upload a product with a pic etc, the catalog will show that the product has been added successfully, but the pic (on the admin panel) will be missing...However on the site the pic would be there but the admin wudnt show the pic...same goes for other pics in the admin panel...none of em are there...

So is there something i missd or did wrong during the update? Can someone please help me?

Template Monster supply you with a complete set of files, and an install procedure, when you buy the template.

Assuming that you did not delete your database then all you need to do is to upload again the files supplied by Template Monster.

If you did delete the database then you'll have to do the whole Template Monster install from scratch.

If you don't have the files then you'll either need to buy another template or else install the default osCommerce. Depending on the template you bought it may come with extra fields in the database which don't exist in the default osCommerce.

Ok this answers the template part. I got the site made from someone else and tht guy just gave me the PSD so i ll try and arrange the rest of the files or then get some other template installed.

What about the panel thing? Why is the admin panel not showing as it should be? Surely tht hasnt got anything to do with the template or has it?

Also, the database is intact and atm iv installed the default oscommerce. But i spent a 160 dollars on that template so are their sites with free templates? Please do let me know about the admin panel

If the code was on the server for few days.

then chek with the hosting company they generally have a backup of the code and DB.

That might help.
