Installed and running but can't see gif files

Ok I am sure there is a simple answer to this, the system is up and running but I can't see the gif files located in the languagesenglishimagesbuttons

 

Buttons Buttons who has the buttons.

 

When I right click on where the graphic should be the path is correct.

 

Any ideas!

Issue solved...had to due with the .htaccess file.
